Burst pipes, backups, and no-water emergencies — call now. Rancho Murieta doesn't have a plumbing company in town — every plumber you call is driving in from somewhere.
Sewage backing up, a burst pipe, a failed water heater flooding the garage, no water in the house — these don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Call or text and you get Laird, not an answering service reading a script.
First move in almost every emergency: stop the water. If you call us while it's happening, we'll talk you through finding your shutoff valve before we're even in the truck — that alone can save you thousands in damage.
What counts as a real plumbing emergency?
Active water where it shouldn’t be, sewage coming up drains, no water to the house, or a gas-line concern (leave the house and call your gas utility first for suspected leaks). When in doubt, call — we’d rather tell you it can safely wait than have you guess.
What should I do before you arrive?
Shut off water to the fixture or the house — we’ll help you find the valve by phone. For sewage backups, stop running water entirely and keep people and pets away from affected areas.
Do you actually answer?
Answering the phone is half our reputation. Call or text — if we’re under a house we’ll get back to you fast.
